This is our first day of school in culinary lab! We made duck with chocolate sauce, nuts and dried fruit on top! We also fried apples for the side. Along with this dish we mage spinage crepes! It was all so yummy! It took about 2 1/2 hours to prepare it all and you work in groups of 2 or 3!
We also have lecture class from 9-12:30 everyday where we do italian language, wine and food business management and food lecture! School days are long and hard but fun!
